Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with a product, we will gladly process the return with the affected. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Salesinland.com within 3days of delivery for a full refund. We'll be responsible cost incurred on return is a result of our error. You can also contact helpdesk for help on how to go about this process.
Restocking fee will be charged in case of any returned product except for defective products. In case of missing accessories the value of the missing item will be deducted from the credit amount of a return if return is approved.
Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges except for errors we are responsible for.
For Refund
For refund of items sold by other sellers, SALES INLAND will process such refund on behave of the buyer with the seller as long as it meets our return policy.
Warranty
Warranty is as offered by manufacturer be it items sold by Sales Inland or other sellers. Thus, it is advisable to consider items that are easier to process their warranty.
